![]() ![]() Service Pets No pets or animals are allowed in the Expo Center with the exception of service animals. The throwing of any objects or projectiles in seating areas, from balconies, ramps, stairwells or any other areas.Verbally abusing, threatening or intimidating other guests or arena employees. Entering or attempting to enter any "off limits" areas such as playing surface, stage area, backstage or restroom of the opposite sex.Failure to obey or follow Expo Center smoking policies.Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside the Expo Center.Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type.Guest Conduct The following behavior or activities are grounds for eviction from the Expo Center: Guests with medical emergencies or other guests who want to leave and then return to the building should be directed to the Guest Services Desk in the Main Street Lobby. Exceptions are only made in the case of medical situations and emergencies. Exit and No Re-Entry Policy Exiting and re-entering the building with the same ticket is not permitted. Cameras and recording devices are generally not permitted for special events. Cameras with no flash are permitted for certain family events, depending on the show. Cameras Artist request~ Use of video cameras is prohibited within the Expo Center. The Expo Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Items turned into Lost and Found can be claimed during regular business hours Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Any items that are not claimed at the end of an event will be turned in at the Guest Services Desk. Lost and Found The Expo Center provides lost and found services for guests in the Business Office located in the Main Street Lobby. Any other item deemed unacceptable by Expo Center management.Professional Cameras (Please note: Some shows do not allow cameras of any kind.).Weapons of any kind (this includes pocket knives).Laser pens or laser products Air horns or noise makers.Cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers Video cameras or audio recorders.Prohibited Items The following items are not permitted in the Expo Center by guests: ParkMobile is the official online parking processor for the Kentucky Exposition Center and Highlands Festival Grounds. Otherwise, Reserved Gold Lot Parking is 60+tax per vehicle per day sold online. No outside food or beverages are permitted to enter the facility. Save 40 and get the best parking with shuttling access at the festival by purchasing 4 Day Gold Lot Parking for 200+tax. No outside food or beverages are permitted to enter the facility. Continue past the Crittenden Drive exit to I-65 and Fair/Expo Center (Exit 12), and follow the signs to Gate 1.This is a tobacco/smoke free facility, there are two exterior smoking areas for patrons.
